Lydig provided direct interface with the design team once the preliminary design was complete and approved by FSA. We instituted a revised design for exterior wall panels with prefabricated, insulated panels to meet local covenants and issued Design-Build contracts, mechanical/electrical, including a state-of-the-art, pre-action fire protection system never before used in refrigerated warehouses.
