Conceptually, the architecture of this project is inspired by the shawl that Harriet Tubman is often shown wearing. Similarly, the metal wall panel facade envelopes the building. The shawl represents protection, spirit, and strength, and in doing so wraps and roots the community in story. Early bid package opportunities are ongoing. Remaining bid packages to be published in Spring 2026. Construction anticipated from Spring 2026 through December 2027.
